This page describes how Ducky's Pool Care, LLC ("Ducky's Pool Care," "we," "our," or "us") uses SMS / text messaging, including the consent you provide when you give us your phone number, and your right to opt out at any time.
1. Program Description
We use SMS to send pool service customers and prospective customers:
- Transactional messages — quote responses, appointment confirmations, technician arrival notices, water-report updates, invoice reminders, and other service-related messages.
- Marketing messages — seasonal offers, new-customer promotions (such as the "First Month 50% Off" residential offer), and pool care tips relevant to Central Florida homeowners.
2. Consent
By submitting your mobile phone number through any form on https://duckyspoolcare.com, calling or texting us, or providing your number to a Ducky's Pool Care representative, you expressly consent to receive transactional and marketing SMS messages from us at the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request a quote or service without opting in to marketing messages by telling us in your form note or asking the representative to flag your number as transactional-only.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your relationship with us. Active customers typically receive one to four messages per month. Marketing recipients typically receive no more than four messages per month.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent or received. Ducky's Pool Care is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
5. Opting Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from us. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
You may also opt out by emailing service@duckyspoolcare.com with the subject line SMS STOP and the phone number you want unsubscribed.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and the contents of your messages are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or message content. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties for their own marketing use.
9. Compliance
This program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices, and applicable state laws. By providing your phone number, you confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide.
10. Changes to This Disclosure
We may update this disclosure from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Effective date" at the top of the page.
